The room I stayed in was beautiful and extremely clean, which added to my overall comfort. I appreciated the excellent customer service I received, especially when the manager stepped in to help jump-start my car at checkout. The amenities offered included free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus for staying connected. The location was convenient for my business symposium, with easy access to nearby attractions.
Some areas were under renovation.

I stayed for one night in an Executive Suite while visiting the nearby Neshaminy Mall. The architecture around the property is really neat, and the ample parking made it convenient for my stay. However, I found the room needed some attention. the bed sheets had stains, and the sink faucet barely worked. Despite these issues, I appreciated the sizable layout of the suite and the fact that it was close to some interesting attractions like the Xcite Center and the Valley of Fear.

The staff provided commendable assistance, especially when they helped jump-start my car at checkout. The king studio suite was notably clean and equipped with handy amenities like a microwave. While the location was decent and relatively quiet, some areas felt dated and could use updating. The shower, while functional, had occasional issues with water pressure that were a bit frustrating. For food lovers, the best pizza option nearby was a great bonus.

i could have almost given a good review, but then there was the lumpy mattress and the dirty shower. defintely not what i expected for my money. the front desk staff didn’t even offer me an upgrade or a complimentary snack to recover from my frigid stay. just terrible overall.
